Autopimaroc is a digital marketplace connecting customers with partner car rental agencies across Morocco. By using the platform or completing any booking, you acknowledge reading and fully accepting these terms.

• Autopimaroc operates as an intermediary and assumes no direct liability for disputes between renter and agency, though it commits to mediating resolution.
• The platform may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes implicit acceptance.
• The renter must be a natural person of legal age with full legal capacity under Moroccan law.
• All prices displayed on the platform are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• An online booking is an initial reservation request; it becomes confirmed only after agency approval and an official confirmation message.

To ensure road safety and protect the rights of all parties, Autopimaroc and its partner agencies apply strict requirements regarding renter age and driving licence validity.

• Minimum age: 21 full years on the date of vehicle pickup.
• Driving licence must be valid and issued at least 2 years prior. Newly obtained licences are not accepted regardless of nationality.
• SUV, luxury vehicles, and minivans: minimum age 23 with a licence of at least 3 years.
• Only two licence types are accepted: Moroccan licence, or an international driving permit issued per the Vienna 1968 Convention (accompanied by the original licence).
• Mandatory documents at pickup: valid national ID or passport, and the original driving licence.
• A bank card (Visa or Mastercard) in the renter's name is required for security deposit authorisation.
• ·Each agency reserves the right to request additional documents (proof of residence, employment contract) per its internal policy without obligation to justify the request.

The security deposit is a financial guarantee held by the agency for the rental period, while insurance provides legal protection for the renter and third parties in case of an incident.

• The security deposit (caution) is a fully refundable temporary charge, returned when the vehicle is returned undamaged and with no violations.
• Small & Economy cars: deposit MAD 1,000 – 2,000.
• Mid-size & Family cars: deposit MAD 2,000 – 4,000.
• SUV & Luxury vehicles: deposit MAD 4,000 – 8,000.
• All platform vehicles carry minimum third-party liability (RC) insurance as required by Moroccan law.
• Comprehensive insurance (Tous Risques) is available as a paid daily add-on; recommended for airport and tourism trips.
• ·Not covered by insurance: accidents involving alcohol/drugs, crossing Moroccan borders without authorisation, intentional damage, or obvious misuse.
• ·Deductible from deposit: uncovered damage costs, fuel deficit at return, and traffic fines issued in the renter's name during the rental period.

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both parties, while placing special emphasis on airport pickup service for a seamless arrival experience.

• Cancellation 48+ hours before pickup: full 100% refund with no deductions.
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% of total booking value is refunded.
• Cancellation under 24 hours or no-show: no refund; booking is automatically terminated.
• Date modification is free with 48+ hours notice subject to availability; within 48 hours requires agency approval.
• Airport delivery service: the vehicle waits for the renter in the arrivals hall at the agreed time. Renter delays beyond 1 hour from the agreed time may incur waiting fees.
• Flight delays: the renter must immediately notify the agency via WhatsApp upon learning of any flight delay. Bookings are automatically cancelled after 3 hours without notification.
• Airport delivery fees range from MAD 100 to 300 depending on the airport and agency, confirmed at booking. Some agencies offer this service free of charge.
• ·City or custom-location pickup: free or at a nominal cost depending on the agency's policy.
